At SNKRZWRLD, customer satisfaction comes first. We don’t offer refunds or exchanges by default, but you can inspect your sneakers when the courier arrives and request a different size on the spot. In special cases, refunds or exchanges may be approved after the sneakers are returned and verified to be unused and in original condition. Any return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is incorrect or defective. For size issues or exceptional cases, contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.
